Dear editor,
I am writing to you to address my concerns for the people and countries that China oppresses. It is clear in your article that inspired me to write to you, Death of a Zambian River, that China simply does not value the people of Zambia, which led me to wonder if they care about any of the countries they support. No matter how much debt a country is in to China, that should never give them the right to oppress people especially to a life-threatening degree. China has immense power in our world and it ought to start using it for good. I urge you to begin printing articles on how China oppresses all of the other countries. Bring to light how China oppresses others and its own people for that matter. I hope that one day, people will see how we can't let China roll over us anymore. We must show China's true colors, not only for the poor people of Zambia, but for the world. Thank you for inspiring me with "Death of a Zambian River" and I hope to see more like it in the future!
Sincerely,
- Emma V.
